Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products, including BB & CC creams, face serums, face oils, and lip care items. These products must be in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact to be eligible for return.

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business hours (during our operating times), our team will email you:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
