Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after shipment)

International Shipping: We ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions). International customers may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Nude Flair products as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products including BB/CC creams, face serums, face oils, and lip care items. These must be in original, unopened packaging with seals intact.
