Nude Flair Store is a premium skincare retailer offering carefully curated products including BB & CC creams, face moisturizers, face oils, serums, lip care, and night creams. Our products are designed for discerning customers who value quality skincare as part of their self-care ritual.

1.2 Product Information

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery, but slight variations may occur. All skincare products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a dermatologist.

1.3 Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service without notice.

Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept by sending an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes won’t affect confirmed orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).

4.2 Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

4.3 International Orders

We ship globally except some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees. Mark returns as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges.

4.4 Delivery Issues

Please contact the carrier first for delivery issues. If unresolved, contact us within 30 days of shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging with seals intact. Due to hygiene concerns, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare products (BB/CC creams, serums, oils, lip care).

5.2 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days with “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Number]”
2. Wait for return authorization and instructions
3. Ship to: 726 Deercove Drive, Fort Worth, US 76104 with packing slip
4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

5.3 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to original payment within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International refunds are issued in USD.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (logos, text, graphics) is our property or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our content without express written permission.

7. Liability Limitations

We’re not liable for any adverse reactions to products when used as directed. Always patch test new products.
